Marriage is the establishment of a legal relationship between two partners to achieve purpose uniting their life economically and emotionally. From this perspective, marriage complex issue which related human rights civil under international treaties. Therefore, in progress current migration globalization, not only limited within sovereign country, but also expands internationally are different nationalities, place domicile even celebration.
